both 30 minute counters have the same orange striping, it is as far as i know the only 1163 version with coloured 30 minute counter. The standard Viceroy or Siffert counters are plain. The 11630 decompression diver has the same 30 minute counter. Comparing both dials, i do prefer the older 1163 dials with metal indices, the painted one on the diver looks cheaper. As always it is a matter of taste.
