As seen on the (in)famous Ebay last year.
The Val.69 was used in ladies chronographs in 1940-50s. I think they are very rare. I have only seen two, with different dials. The movement was also used in a now very expensive Rolex chronograp for ladies.
I think you have a real keeper.
