I have the same watch in Verona version. And it took me som time to figure it out. I found the answer in a 1978 Heuer Catalogue.
- no dot between figures (55 06), is running seconds (left) and date (rigth).
- one dot between figures (8.32), is time of day in hours and minutes (GMT).
- Two dots between figures (42:55), is stopwatchmode.
Check out the 1978 Heuer catalogue at OnTheDash website.
Good luck with an cool an rare Carrera.
