Jeff - I submit that the only thing you missed is that you are one of the few people really qualified to comment on the legitimacy of this watch.
Here's my newbie logic:
1. If Jeff Stein is "might have missed something" about this watch, imagine how the rest of us feel.
2. The more expensive the watch, the scarier the proposition it is...and the smaller the buyer's pool.
3. The buyer has "only" 98.4% buyer satisfaction, which is light years from 100%.
4. There is overseas and then there is overseas...the prospect of buying a watch outside of North America is intimidating to some.
5. The seller's responses to the questions are somewhat terse and do not inspire confidence.
Just my very humble 2 cents.
