I have a 1964-65 Heuer Chrono in gold plate with white face. It has been worn little but needs to be reconditioned. The case is not nicked or scarred. My jeweler says he will send it to Heuer and they will open the case and repair for $400. Is this what I should do. This is a reputable jeweler.
