Hello!
I have a lovely 1153N that has a noticeably faded dial, slight marking around one of the registers & a near-absence of luminescence; would having the dial restored by someone who's accomplished at that sort of thing (I've heard that Classic Heuer are good) be harmful to the watches future value? I've tried for literally years now to buy an NOS/mint vintage dial but they never seem to come up. Does anyone know if this is the kind of thing that LVMH do themselves or if they keep a stock of NOS dials? I've asked them but they want me to send my watch to their UK office, so they can send it off to the chaps in Switzerland to answer my question (which seems like a bit of a drawn-out exercise).
All help gratefully received!
