I don't know why Heuer called the 11063 series the 11063V,
but this series of Atavia watches were made 5-10 years later than the 1163 Viceroy and as far as I know the V in 11063V has nothing to do with Viceroy.
Many of the 11063s I own have 11063V written on the case, it is quite normal. I don't remember ever seeing a watch with 11063T inscribed on it, so I wouldn't worry about that. I would Heuer never produced a case stamped 11063T. As far as I know Heuer never distinguished bezel type references numbers on the case, only in catalogue designations.
