: After owning my Kirium for almost 8 years, I
: decided to get a link automatic. In the two
: weeks I've had it, the date gets stuck, how
: do I fix this?
I'd return it to the dealer and ask politely for a refund or a replacement. There is no way a two-week watch should fail like that and you shouldn't have to wait for it to be repaired.
Refund or replacement are fair choices for both of you and if they balk, tell them you'll simply contest the charge with your credit card company.
At least that's the tact I would take. Remember to be calm, relaxed and polite. Once you've blown your top you can't undo it. And realize that saying you're struggling to keep from making a scene can be very effective in motivating people to do the right thing. Making a scene in front of other customers will likely not advance your cause.
