on the downside, the seller tells us nothing about how well it is operating (keeping time, setting and hacking) and nothing about the service history. If there are any problems in these categories, then it becomes an expensive (but interesting) paperweight.

if it is the early movement (two barrel), and if it is in good mechanical condition, I would value it at around $1,600. If the movement is pristine, and it is a good runner (timekeeper), it could be worth $1,800.
