fake Tag Carrera? Help! *PIC*

OK, I dont know a thing about this stuff, but a brother-in-law bought this watch on eBay, he received it yesterday and when I saw it, I told him it looks fake. In trying to figure that out, I came across this page. So I took this pic and am posting it, can anyone help us?
