Raised Eyebrows??

Check the location of the markers at 11 and 1 . . . lattitude is a shade too high.

Let's say that this one has raised eyebrows (and should raise our eyebrows).

Gaskets have damaged many Monaco dials, without too much damage to values . . . but this style of poor quality re-dial dimishes value greatly.
