For my son's birthday (actually his Bar Mitzvah, for those who care), I gave my son a Tag Heuer Professional (wk1210, the mid-size). He loved it. He fiddled with the time constantly. Then he went swimming. Uh Oh.
With all his fiddling, he didn't screw down the crown enough to keep it watertight. He had the watch a week before the luminous on the face and hands turned brown, the inside fogged, god only knows what's happening with the movement. He feels terrible, and I want to make this right but I don't know if it's worth a repair (will it ever be right, is it worth it?) or just get him another one. Any thoughts? Thanks.
