I have received fantastic advice and information from so many of our readers; especially in the areas that are not my specialty. I have received information from at least eight or ten people, commenting on 20 to 30 different watches.

It is fun to put the Price Guide together, especially when prices are so strong (and our collections become more valuable). I believe that it also makes our community a more "civilized" place. Sure, it may cost us some bargains -- the persons who finds grandfather's old watch in the sock drawer can do some research and see that it is worth $4,000, and so he does not list it on ebay with the $100 BuyItNow. Still, I believe that more information is generally better than less information, and that it improves the environment in our community.

So BIG THANKS to everyone who contributed ideas to the Price Guide . . . publication will "go live" in the near future.
