Based on the size and shape of the case, and the black-on-white dial, I was fairly ceratin that it was a vintage Autavia (though there are some modern $20 quartz watches that have the same "look"); conclusive evidence is found at the 0:12 second mark, where we see the two pushers (on the right side of the watch), without the crown (which is on the left in these Caliber 12-powered chronos).
There have been many media stories about Seinfeld's collection of vintage Porsches; glad to see that he also has the good taste in the vintage watches!!

In his new commercial for Hewlett-Packard, we see Jerry Seinfeld wearing what can only be a vintage Heuer Autavia, Reference 1163T (also known as the "Siffert" Autavia).
