If you do that, be very careful to keep that part of the clasp under pressure between your finger and thumb - before releasing the pin. Once that section slides out and comes apart, that little spring will pop out and sail across the room somewhere - trust me - experience is talking....hours later you will find it attached to the underarm of your shirt or something - if you ever find it. Like trying to find a contact lens.
