Yup, this is going to turn out badly for the seller, who really doesn't deserve to be in this position. Consider the impact on his credit card when ebay levies the final value fee. Sure, he'll get it reversed eventually, but the seller didn't ask for a problem of this degree when he offered a perfectly nice Rally Master for sale.
