hi cate,
the answer is yes, it is collectable. the Manhatten was the first analogue and digital watch, so is a small piece of history.
as for value, new old stock watches are more valuable than a good used one but not much more. the most important thing with this watch is that it's in working order, if that's the case then you could expect upwards of $600 on ebay with all the paperwork and box. a good used one seems to reach $400-$500 and a non runner about $150.
