Can You Tell Us a Little About These?
In Response To: Yet another pair...scan... ()

Ed:

When I first saw a Rolex with the "COMEX" on the dial, I wondered what was so special about a watch that was issued by the Commodities Exchange, located in Chicago. I mean, I had seen Rolexes with other company names on the dials -- for example, Winn-Dixie (the grocery chain) and Dominos Pizza. So I wondered why people seemed so interested in watches issued to the "COMEX" Commodities Exchange. And I am not kidding about this!!

I found it interesting to learn about this "COMEX", and maybe you can give us just a couple of sentences about what this "COMEX" was, why these watches are so special, and the current market prices for these watches? Suffice it to say that these COMEX watches are a bit different than the Rolexes with the "Winn-Dixie" and "Dominos Pizza" logos on the dial!!

And, of course, I must add the mandatory compliment . . . "nice pair!!
