Seconds Hand on Formula 1 -- 4 second increments?

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue with the seconds hand on their Tag watch. I just changed the date & time on my watch. After doing so, I noticed that the seconds hand now moves in 4-second increments instead of 1-second increments. Is the watch going to do that until it corrects itself?
