It's almost 1:00 a.m. (again), and it's a little late to write the glorious message that this subject deserves, but let me post this "quickie" to announce our very first Heuer Collectors Summit, to be held May 18 through May 20, 2008, in Neuchatel and La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. All the highights and other information are described in the New Webpage for the Summit.

This will be an amazing event, highlighted by visits to the new TAG-Heuer 360 Museum and archives, and quality time with Jack Heuer and Jean-Christophe Babin. The Summit will also present the opportunity for so many of the OnTheDash / ChronoCentric "good guys" to spend some time together.

Special thanks to Ron Henselmans for his hard work and determination in planning this event, and to Fabienne Chalchat (of TAG-Heuer) for making all the detailed arrangements for the event. Indeed, Fabienne knows where to find the vintage watches, and also where to find the best Swiss chocolate. [Of course, you should see Abel for Belgian chocolate.]
