I had never heard of a push present, but as the due day started approaching, I was confronted with the question: " Honey, what are you getting me for a push present?" I had no idea what she was talking about, and after a brief conversation, it was all clear. I didn't fuss, protest or the such, more like yes honey, yes honey.what pregnancy does to a woman!!! I went ahead and designed a miniature rattle for her charm bracelet( pearls and platinum bar), and had it made by a good jeweler friend of mine. Looks more like a barbell, but so be it. To make a long story short, it was well received, and upon returning home from the hospital w/ our son Charles, I was pleasantly surprised with my push present. "This is for putting up w/ me for the past nine months!" All I can say is I can't wait to have another child! HAHA.
Cheers,
David
