Some Softness in the Market ? ? ?


Gentlemen:

Is it my imagination or are we seeing just a little bit of softness in the market? The "grail" Carrera shown below (Reference 2447SN) just sold for $3,600 (GBP 1,822), and we also saw a 2447NS sell a few days in the $3,000 range.

So is there some softness? The beginning of the end? The recession arriving? Or perhaps bidders didn't like the weak photo / poorly aligned inner bezel?

What are others seeing / thinking about current market conditions?
