i can understand ebay's position..

on not wanted to get involved with fakes, as it is not so cut and dry in an area like vintage watches. seems like if someone sent them credible evidence that it was a fake they would either banish the seller if they were a known repeater, or have some kind of discipline setup. in the long run it will only hurt them (ebay) as people get stinged they are less likely to use the service. i realize it's a buyer beware scenario, but it's too bad, ebay doesn't have a stonger policy on these troublemakers. it's a good thing sites like this and otd and a few others exist to help people help themselves.
