Going by the pictures and the paint wear on the bezel ( there is a sliver of black before it goes stainless) it almost looks like the bezel was put on over top of the other bezel. Sorry I am on the wrong side of the pond to tell you where to go for service but Tag should be able to tell you( Probably they can do it).
I have seen bezels go from $80 to quite a bit!( 200 quid)
