Hi Marc,
This is Ron from the Netherlands, a 100% Heuer collector. Heuer has named many of its watches after famous racing circuits or races. Examples are Monaco,Jarama,Silverstone,Daytona.
If I remember well there's also a circuit in or near Montreal. Isn't there a Montreal Formula 1 Grand prix race?
Seems to make sense that your watch was named after that.
regards from a sunny Holland!
As you guys may know, I'm a native Montrealer,
: that said, can you tell me more about this
: cool Heuer?
:
: Why is it named Montreal? Somthing to do with
: the Expo in '67? Or Olympics in '76? Cal. 11
: or 12? Anything else you can tell me?
: Thanks, and God speed my friends!!!
