Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this...I received a Tag Heuer Series 1000 Professional as a gift. It is black with gold trim and stamped "980.029N" on the back. The front says "1000 Professional 200 Meters". I am quite sure it is a genuine Tag based on the source of the gift.

The watch is brand-new. It still has the original protective covering on the back plate and is in its original round case and original box. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the value of this watch and if there is a place I should look to sell it. It is not my style at all and frankly wasted on me since I don't wear watches in any case.

Forgive me if this is not the appropriate place to post this...if that is the case, some help on where I can get information would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance... :)
