Howdy... First off I'm sorry I wasn't able to participate on time with the Boxing/Scan day... Pretty bad when I suggest it and am not able to participate, but my Christmas plans ended up changing midstream. I didn't personally receive any watches for Christmas, but my Cousin's family did make the nice gift of subscriptions to both WatchTime and IWW, which is pretty cool, since I won't have to play Borders/Barnes & Noble roulette when I think it's time for them to appear on the store shelves... But I did receive a watch I had won on eBay about three or four days before Christmas. Here are a couple of quick snaps: This appears to be the second version of the Autavia popularly known as the Jo Siffert Autavia... The version that Mr. Siffert wore is one with numerals at the four corners of the hour register, not 12 like my example. Here is a shot of my latest acquisition with my previously posted A Watch With A Story Autavia from earlier in the month: And in case you don't want to flit about to find the previous post, I'll bring it to you: Enjoy... -- Chuck P.S. Sorry for the quality of the pictures, I seem to have come down with a gnarly head/nasal/throat cold in the last day or two and I'm not at my best.
