An intriguing watch. Would love to hear more.
But why is the seller advertising extra fees/exchange charges for this auction? Isn't this against eBay rules? Also, the PayPal refund is minimal for vendors with such low feedback. If I were selling a high-ticket item like this, I would build up my feedback first, which would certainly inspire more confidence. And I presume the seller has also specified a blind auction, with bidders' names with-held, something I don't like because, in the past, it's prevented me from warning people they are bidding on dubious items.
