hi Mark, i'm not surprised they didn't have the packaging, as these retailers often give them away with the wrong watch. they should be able to order the packaging, the only thing i'm not sure of is the warranty card, but i'm sure they have a fool proof system for this, as it happens all the time.

here is a link to an auction where the seller has a pic of the inner box and the watch, and describes the other items a little bit. i'm pretty sure the box colors might vary on the particular model. hope this helps.
