seen that watch last summer...

while using that site and www.steves-digicams.com, for reviews on digital cameras. that was before my interest in heuers started.

right now i have the canon g5, which is good for everything imo except macros. not bad, but not to the level nikon has. i haven't mastered the camera yet, so i'm sure a pro could squeeze better shots out of it than i can.

i'm looking real hard at the nikon 3100 and 4300 as they both have great macro and the 3100, i think, still can take regular aa batteries which, to me, is a major advantage. i'm also thinking 3mp or so is plenty for the types of shots we take. with a dealer price in the $299/3100 & $399/4300 from an u.s. authorized dealer, looking very attractive. so while i'd really like a 5700 with it's 7?8x? zoom capabilities and 5mp, i'd never really use it. so, like everything else, depends on what your going to use it for. btw, the g5 is way too heavy and big for traveling, both nikons i mentioned are small, light, and quite travel friendly.
