I can reassure Bradley and J.H.The watch is 100% authentic with the non-signed crown. Have one myself like the one on sale. Until a certain date Heuer sold models (Autavia, Carrera and maybe others) without the Heuer logo on the crown.My 1965-1966 Autavia ( with a 100% identical designed subdial) also has a blank crown.
By the way, I also have a similar Dato 45 with silver dial.
Question for Bradley, would be interested to see the photos with drivers wearing this particular watch.Is there a possibility to see them?
