When i started this thread i also beleived this to be a franken-watch, poorly redailed by a misguided hand. But feel happy to learn from others and thus expand my understanding.
As we have seen before , rarity can dictate value. Some rare pieces climb to surprisingly high values but i think it is more due to their desireability (nice style/design). I also beleive at the end of the day you need to have the urge to put the watch on and hope someone comments upon it for the right reason. I fear this watch is not to everyone's taste and could evoke reacions from people that would not be well received after parting with over 1700Euro. It's always a good feeling when someone recognises or compliments your watch !
