: This is the one that has always escaped my grasp -- I missed one in
: Hungary (becuase I didn't have time to get to the bank to wire
: the money); I did send the money to a crook in Chile, who was
: kind enough to send me an empty envelope (but I did manage to
: get the money back, through some hard work with American
: Express); and, of course, there were the two or three where I
: was the second place bidder on ebay.
: But now I am wearing this chronograph . . . at a quick glance, it
: seems to be all original (and has aged accordingly) . . . it
: certainly conveys the feeling that it has seen some
: "action" . . . I am not visualizing an aircraft going
: into battle, but maybe an acrobat display of the
: "Tricolore", over Lake Como, on a beautiful summer
: day?
: This is the easiest contest yet -- who can identify this watch?
: Jeff
: My guess would be the Breitling Pan Frecce Tricolori from 1995??
