It's the Ref.3641, 45 minutes chronograph driven by valjoux 92.
My watch was retailed by Meister, a Swiss retailer, and has the Meister logo on the dial.
I love it, nice patina. I have only seen it in the 1968/69 catalogue. In a 1970/71 catalogue it is replaced by Ref.7721, 30min with Valjoux 7730.
