Hi Jeff,
My watchmaker has one
I was dubious when he showed it to me because of the chrome case but I will get some pics to show. Don't know which version it is though.
Regards
Alistair
: you know what I love about this hobby? I start the evening with
: what seems to be a simple task -- creating a new Gallery to show
: Jarl's beautiful Reference 3641 chronograph. That seems simple,
: right? I mean Jarl has even provided a copy of the 1968 Heuer
: catalog, showing the watch.
:
:
: OK, so I start looking through the catalogs, to determine the first
: year that the Reference 3641 appears, and guess what I find . .
: . that the first catalog appearance is in 1962 (dauphine hands;
: 30-minute recorder; large registers); that there was another
: version in 1965 (dauphine hands; 45-minute recorder; smaller
: registers); and that Jarl's is, in fact, the third version
: (straight hands; 45-minute recorder; smaller registers).
: So rather than a simple Gallery for Jarl's Reference 3641
: chronograph, we have three Galleries, one for each of the three
: versions!!
: Readers can look around for themselves, either through the I-Frame
: (included below) or by using this Link to the Reference 3641
: Page .
: Special thanks to Jarl for getting this ball rolling!!
: So who else has a new reference number to add?
: Jeff
