Replacement Pusher for 70-80s monaco,carrera etc *LINK*

Any info on replacement pushers for 70-80s monaco's, carrera's etc?

Are they available from TAG-Heuer? How much?

Were the pushers on monaco-silverstone-carrera etc interchangable? They look the same to me externally.

Anyone bought these (see link) pushers on ebay? They seem to come up every few weeks. Do they work? Do they look OK in "in the flesh" (fact that they are original seems dubious).
