Luminous Material in Heuer Watches

Hello,
I recently bought a very nice Heuer Autavia Cal.12 from 1973. I know that the dial and the hands has as luminious material TRITIUM. There is as well a luminious point on the bezel which should be TRITIUM as well.

Then I read in a newspaper a few days ago that the luminious material TRITIUM is dangerous for the health because it is radioactive.

Question to all Heuer lovers: Is there a dangerous for my health when I wear my just bought Heuer Autavia from 1973?
In advance many thanks for your comments.

Regards,

Tommy
