Steve loved his Heuers as did the hole filmcrew and stuntdrivers (Jo Siffert, Derek Bell, David Piper...), Gerd Lang (today owner of Chronoswiss) drove down to Le Mans with 20 watches mainly Monacos and Autavias in a bag - would call that direct marketing !
By the way Steve also wore an Autavia during filming as seen on the motorbike pic together with Jo Siffert.
