The chrono on my Autavia 7763 is having problems resetting and my watchmaker says that it I a stud on the movementplate that is worn and that the complete movementplate has to be replaced.
The movement is a Valjoux 7730 and my question is if it without problems could be replaced with a 7733?
Searching for cheap donor watches with either 7730 or 7733 will increase the chance of success.
Hope that somebody can help, maybe even with the movement!
