The picture of the movement is showing a Cal 11, which you may remember was the early version of the Chronomatic, replaced by Cal 12 in the very early seventies. The Carrera in this discussion, reference number 110.573 F indeed, appeared in catalogs until 1974, so a Cal 11 in it looks odd to me. That is why I would consider it a non original, parts only watch.
