Both interesting watches, but "busy" is exactly what I was thinking too. I actually like the green colour, it's quite unusual for a watch, but with three scales going on the rest of the design is too distracting for me.

Often, "less is more" is a truism in design and, although a GMT will always have a fair amount going on, maybe these features would have been better spread across a couple of watches.
