it's getting to be late here in Atlanta, but I at least wanted to post this quick message to thank you for posting your message and the great photos. In my view, this is an "important" Monaco, perhaps being one of the earliest Chronomatic Monacos, coming after the prototypes and before the "Transitional" models that we have been discussing recently. The serial number is interesting, and consistent with the position of this one in the line-up. Perhaps this is one of the lowest serial numbers that we will find in a Monaco?
I will need to look again, to confirm that my paintless guy has no serial number.
