Looks ok to me.
Case and movement are correct, though the case seems to have been polished a little but that's nit-picking really.
The hands and markers are correct for a later execution 2447 and are consistent with each other, which is always nice and means the signed crown is probably correct (earlier Carreras often have an unsigned crown) - these pieces often get changed at service but look original here. The lume on the hands and markers has aged equally, also a potential sign of originality.
Dial has patina particularly around the 5 to 6 o'clock region but this is consistent with the seller's description and only to be expected after 40-odd years of life. The scale ring hasn't aged quite as gracefully as the dial, but this is also pretty usual and all the markings are present - these sometimes go missing on these Carreras.
