I think it probably is - the fairly obvious mark on the inner bezel at 43 minutes on the sold watch can just still be made out on the one currently for sale. That would explain why the case looks pretty polished too, there were some fairly significant scratches to remove.

Will be interesting to follow this one and see what value the freshening up has added.
