None of it! No movement signature, wrong dial, wrong hands and probably not a Heuer case.
I just posted a Heuer triple date on ebay that has all of the correct signatures and serial numbers:

I had to have the dial refinished (something I do as last resort) - it was too far gone. One thing about the Heuer triple date was the large sub registers which are unique to mostly Heuer and Leonidas. The one you posted looks to have a used dial with the Heuer logo reprinted later plus the subs are 2 different sizes. Mine has a screw on back and looks to be a very early version - some of the latter ones had a slightly smaller case and a snap on back but all would be signed inside the back and have a serial number.
