I think the gist is generally that wearing a watch is probably what most people would do rather than keeping it in a safe. I think I will go along with that & wear them, though trying not to wear them when I am going to do something messy. Its a great theory but from my own past experience I tend to forget I have the watch on & then end up doing some gardening & only remembering too late I have the watch on.
My own take on it is that provided the watch is not worn every day & they are rotated every week or so then things should be fine barring any unfortunate passing cyclists!
The spare PVD case suggestion seems a good idea so I will speak to Nic about that option.
A final question - does anyone know what strap the PVD monaco originally came on?
