Once Jeff asked, if you could have only one Heuer, which would it be?
For me it would be a Silverstone, I just have to decide between blue (regazzoni, cool) and smoke (ultimate 70s finish).
The thing about the silverstone, is that there is no watch like it, it is totally 1970s and totally unique. The Autavia is a cousin of the speedie and all those rolexes. The Monaco uniqueness is corrupted by the reissues. A Carrera is superb, but there are nice universal geneves and zeniths which are pretty close. The only watch which can match the uniqueness of the silverstone is the omega ploprof (another girlie watch ;-) but that is another story.

ps: good coincidence, I was wearing a 5100 series silverstone today, not a "proper" silverstone, but also very cool (not unique though - similar to alot of square cased omegas with 5100 movements).
