Let me start by saying I know next to nothing about Heuers, but I do know the following.
This is a german auction.
This dial is available from a german website for 55 Euro's.
( And a lot of others, with or without Heuer markings)
e.g.
Add a case, movement & hands & you have a very rare, french only Heuer.
I don't see any markings on the movement or crown. Anyone can stamp the inside of a caseback. I'd stay away.
