Thank you for your complimetns on my Monaco.
The 1133G Monaco was sold for an honest and realistic price in my eyes. If you take overall quality into consideration.
A McQueen Monaco in this condition would easily fetch 1500 euro more I guess, even without box and NSA bracelet.
However, this Monaco was in my private collection for a year or two and seemed not to attract enough of my attention to get sufficient wrist-time. And I do want to wear my watches from time to time. This 1133G has the completely grey dial. To be honest I do like the 1133G Monaco with the contrasting black subdials more.
So, the LED/LCD and LCD/LCD Heuer watches are very nice...but I think a wristwatch has to have a Mechanical Movement...and if I can choose...an Heuer Caliber 11/12/14/15 is just perfect for me!
: Hi Guys,
: the highest price I have seen so far for a grey Monaco, very nice
:
: the lowest possibly for the Ford one ??...
:
: Any thoughts ?? Are the mechanical Heuers the better investments ??
: Cheers
