The French made chronographs from the 1980's did not have signed movement either. And some of them has the same Champion logo. Maybe your chronograph is a rare part of the same French production? I don't know.
This Hans that confirm it's genuine, who is he? I think it would be easier to sell if you include as much information as possible.
